MANGO SUMMER SMOOTHIE

1-2 organic sweet, ripe mangoes (may use more than one, depending on size)
1/2 to 3/4 cup organic coconut yogurt or greek yogurt
Pinch of organic cardamom
Pinch of organic palm coconut sugar or 1 teaspoon of honey
Splash of lemom and coconut water.
Optional: 1/2 to 3/4 cup liquid of your choice—soy milk, almond milk, water etc., to make it a drinkable consistency
Pinch of organic shredded coconut for garnish (optional)
1. Peel and pit the mangoes.
2. Place mango, yogurt, cardamom, honey (if using), coconut water and lemon in blender.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Check for desired consistency and flavor. Add additional liquid if desired.
5. Top with coconut, mint or a slice of lemon (optional)
